Who we are

Brit’s Batch Coffee & Bakery, 24510 Texas 249, Tomball, TX 77375. Questions about this policy: britsbatch@gmail.com or (832) 639-3258.

The contact form

When you send us a message, we receive your name, email, phone number (if you add one), what your message is about, a date and location (if you add them) and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to plan your order or event.

Your message is delivered to our team through Zapier, a service that passes form messages to us. We don’t use your details for marketing unless you sign up for that yourself.

Keeping out spam

To stop spam, the form checks how quickly it was filled in and briefly keeps a count of messages from your connection (your IP address) and email address, for about an hour. It also ignores messages from email addresses that belong to bots or throwaway inboxes. We may also use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly check that you’re not a robot.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our site, such as which pages are visited and how often the Order, Directions and Cookie Club buttons are tapped. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects general information like your device type and approximate city. It doesn’t tell us who you are. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Our website host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information (like your IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

Ordering, Cookie Club and gift cards

Online orders, Cookie Club rewards, email deals and gift cards are handled by Toast, our ordering system. When you use them, Toast’s privacy policy applies.

Other sites

Links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Google Maps take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Kids

Our website isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

Want to see, correct or delete a message you sent us? Email britsbatch@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
